Membership Rates
Senior Individual (62+)….$100 (PTF Resident), $200 (Non-Resident)
Senior Couple (62+)……....$150 (PTF Resident), $275 (Non-Resident)
Adult Individual……………..$135 (PTF Resident), $225 (Non-Resident)
Household of 2……………….$185 (PTF Resident), $370 (Non-Resident)
Household of 3-4…………..$235 (PTF Resident), $475 (Non-Resident)
For Each Add’l Member over Household of 4: +$40 (PTF Resident) or +$50 (Non-Resident)
Only household members residing at your address can be listed on your membership form. You will be required to prove residency for those listed on your form. Be prepared to show your license when you drop off your membership form and payment.
PTF Resident applies to an active HOA dues paying indivudal/family who resides in the Pepper Tree Farms subdivision.

Examples:
Grandma Mary purchases a senior individual membership as a non-resisdent, she will owe $200 for her annual membership. If she decides to bring her grandkids or family it will be $7 guest fee per person.
Smith family of 6 purchases a non-resident membership, they will owe $575 for their annual membership ($475 + $50 + $50). If they decide to bring any guests it will be $7 guest fee per person.
Jones family of 4 purchase a resident membership, yhey will owe $235 for their annual membership. If they decide to bring grandparents for a visit, it will be $7 guest fee per person.
Guests of Members:
$7 – Per guest, paid via cash or check to the on-duty lifeguard
$60– 10 guest punch passes are also available

$250: Sunday – Thursday between 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
$325: Friday – Saturday between 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Add $50 for 60+ people

• Access to cabana area will be provided 1 hour prior to party
• 2 lifeguards will be provided (gratuities not included in rental fee)
• Non-pool members cannot be on pool deck or use pool until 8 PM
• Music must be lowered at 10:30 PM on weekends
